Project Details
SpatialiZe facilitated strategic planning workshops with political leadership and senior management of District and Local Municipalities, focusing on unified work approaches and implementation gaps. The project included drafting an implementation plan as a joint District Programme of Action to strengthen coordination and IDP implementation across the district.
Impact
