SpatialiZe prepared an Advisory and stakeholder framework for the implementation of the Integrated Urban Development Framework (IUDF). Our role included:

– Promoting Spatial Transformation across government spheres
– Designing the IUDF Demonstration Project approach
– Conceptualisation and advice on the District Development Model (DDM)
– Stakeholder engagement and facilitation
– Implementation planning and monitoring frameworks

Impact

The Framework has guided the implementation of the IUDF across South African cities and towns.
