Project Details
The STLM Long Term Strategy was prepared by SpatialiZe under the GIZ Governance Support Programme. It represents a common desired future that enables cohesion in planning and delivery and sparks faster integration across municipal departments working together with communities, stakeholders and investors to address rapid transformation and the developmental needs of communities. The Long Term Strategy was developed as a pathway for developing a globally competitive, smart and green municipality by 2040.
Impact
Created a foundation for integrated planning and service delivery that has guided municipal decision-making and investment prioritisation.
